Loughborough Badminton Club Newsletter - April 2006
Here is a short end of season newsletter detailing some of the outcomes of the 2006 AGM and some of the feelings of the club at the same meeting.

Presentation Evening – Friday May 5th. £4 per head. You MUST let John Sleath know if you definitely want to be there! Payment will be expected before the evening!
Fees - Following Harry’s report it was agreed that fees for 2006/07 would include an increase of Senior Membership form £55 to £60. All other fees would remain the same.
Club coaching - It was agreed that initially in September one court would be available all evening for those who would like some coaching. It was suggested that Mark co-ordinate the approach and that he organise a get-together of coaches over the summer
Social Events – New Social Secretary Heather said she would be trying to organise some events.
Dates for Next Season – Fridays - September 1st to December 15th, January 5th to March 30th
Mondays - September 4th (?) to December 18th (?), January 8th to March 26th
Other Items - Ray asked club members to pass any shuttles that have clearly one broken feather rather than carrying on and massacring it!
